Delivery times vary for each product. Please select the product you would like to see the exact delivery window!

Shipping costs depend on the exact product however all purchases over $50 ship for free!

Absolutely! We offer various shipping methods and speeds.

• Send us your details by either uploading your wording file during checkout. If you don't have it ready at time of purchase, no worries! Simply Email it to us later to proofs@cainandcostationery.com
• You will receive a first proof within 3-5 business days from one of our skilled proofing specialists, at which time you can request changes in up to two revision rounds of proofing.
• Note we offer two complimentary revision rounds, any changes beyond will be invoiced at $25 per round.
• Once the proof is looking perfect and you give us final approval production will begin!

Please keep in mind that that most of our products are a semi-custom order which means the design you see will simply be changed to your information. For example, no major alignment adjustments, additional graphics, or custom fonts can be added to a design that does not already have it.

If you are interested in a fully custom product we can assist, please just let us know by utilizing our contact page so that we can provide pricing for those details!

We will assist with making your order right however, for custom product you are 100% responsible for the final proof approval so please review carefully for spelling, font, size, ink color, alignment, etc.

Regardless of how the error occurred it is the clients responsibility to check all proofs for errors and you will be responsible for charges to fix the order as well as shipping.
